About the house…

Check-in + Checkout

Check-in is at 4pm, and checkout is at 10am. Before you arrive, you will be given a code that is used to both lock and unlock the front door. You will also be given contact information for emergencies and other questions/needs that arise.

Bedrooms + Bathrooms

There are five bedrooms: Ski Lodge (top floor, king bed), Lake Life and Fishing (main floor, queen beds), Swimming (lower level, twin/queen and twin/twin bunk beds), and Boating (lower level, king bed). Each bedroom has an extra blanket, baseboard heater, luggage rack, remote-controlled brand-new ceiling fan, closet and dresser, and hooks on the backs of the door.

There is a full bathroom on every level of the house, each equipped with a fan and baseboard heater.

Kitchen + Cooking

The kitchen has brand-new appliances and is equipped with dishes, flatware, drinkware, cooking utensils, and cookware. The standard coffee maker uses #4 coffee filters, and a Keurig is also available for K-cups.

AC/Heat + Fireplaces

The house has brand-new Mitsubishi units on each level to provide AC and heat. There are also baseboard heaters controlled by dials in every room, including the bathrooms.

The main floor fireplace is wood-burning. The flue is opened by pushing the lever to the left, and it also has a fan that blows the heat from the fire into the rest of the house. We request that you provide your own wood (which is easy to obtain locally).

The lower level has an aesthetic fireplace/TV stand that is controlled by a remote and also generates heat.

Garbage + Recycling

The trash can takes 21-gallon bags. Trash goes to the bin at the end of the driveway (be sure to latch it after). Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Recycling must be taken to a local recycling center.

Wifi + Entertainment

The wifi code is available once inside the house. You may need to turn on wifi calling to send/receive calls and texts while at the house.

The house is equipped with three cable TVs, one smart TV, and one cable/smart TV. Be sure to log out of your streaming account before you leave!

Check out the cable channel guide here.
